note to self

last night was a mixed bag - we ended up going to Logans Roadhouse in cascades straight from work for yet more super fatty fried food. then back to the hotel to do a workout and then decided to go over the road to a bar called Clydes for drinks - 2 vodkas for me [...]

okay I decided to go the gym instead of shop - what has gotten ino me ;) I’m not entirely sure but after an hour and a half work out I am knackered and hungry.

we ended up at Dulles Town Centre again last night for some food at Uno’s Chicago Grill - funnily enough another entirely deep fried meal here in the land of the free ;) - I am so glad I did my 3 mile uphill run before hand. Woke up at a normal time this morning [...]

okay so the flight was delayed slightly but nothing too much to worry about - Virgin are great though the champagne welcome is brilliant. well I have been here less than 24 hours and have made it to abercrombie already ;) We zipped out at lunchtime to the mal at Dulles Town Centre and did a quick stop. We also discovered it is open until 9.30 tonight so we may be paying a slightly longer visit later!

well after a gruelling day I am finally settled in the hotel in Reston, VA - and about to go out shopping - so I’ll write up the journey and stuff later! Oh and note to self - do not drink red bull the night before flying and expect to sleep…

Okay so it was kinda hectic in the office this morning and then all day really so I never did get a chance to blog how fab Madonna was. Really we lucked out on the tickets they were very close to the stage and we could practically spit on the Queen should we have wanted [...]

i just left the madge tickets at home :o( now have to go back at lunch and get them then travel back to work to meet everyone else - gah!
