If this weekend is anything to go by I’ll be lucky.
Saturday = write off due to hangover from excesses of friday night.
Sunday = hell of B&Q [an hour and a half getting slate tiles and stuff] and IKEA [briefly – in and out in 12 minutes amazingly] and Makro briefly [in and out in 5 minutes]
Monday = DIY hell – I want to pay a man to come and finish the jobs I have started and given up when it got difficult. Anyone know a nice man who can come help me out? Handy Andy where are you when I need you?

I grew increasingly disturbed by the current vodafone advertisents this evening whilst watching six feet under. With a tagline of ‘get the flirting over before you get home’ and images of what looks to be people having affairs or something. I’m not sure what kind of message they are portraying…
Oh and a very dark episode of six feet under this evening – good though. The new series appears to be only on E4 – good job I pay for Sky every month – E4 alone is worth it at the moment. What with the secret life of us, six feet under and… erm that’s it I guess.

Squeamish Eye Stuff
A number of people in my office have had lasik eye surgery recently. I have always considered it and have made an appointment for friday for a consultation. eep.
