We raised £750 which AOL will be matching so that makes £1500! not bad for a Saturday morning. I was bricking it though which thankfully you can’t see from the photo.

Happy (belated) Birthday to Ian at Blogadoon. Not his real birthday obviously but his blog is 5. Yay!
A few other belated real Birthdays have been happening recently too like Scally for instance.

Okay so I’ve been trying to contain my excitement but just can’t anymore. I’m going to NYC to meet up with the lovely Andy. He’s been away for ages so I’m not sure if I’m more excited about New York or meeting up with him ;o)

So I’m a little older today than I was yesterday (although that is true of everyday). So I bought myself a present. A flight to Singapore/Sydney/Bangkok/Singapore/London - just in time for Harbour Party and Mardi Gras. Oh and of course Jo’s Birthday!
Plus I get to visit Ian in Thailand which is cool - been promising [...]

so on the gner train up to edinburgh for the weekend and decided to try their new food service. The mushroom risotto was lovely. It looked like a pot noodle package but the contents really were nice. I was a bit perturbed by the dinky plastic spork that i’ll have to take a pic of [...]

So we had a lovely white christmas here at my parents. So we’ve been outside playing in the snow. Hope the bookies aren’t too upset about losing money on it!
